As a Mac user, tiny spinning beach balls usually bring me bad news. Not so this time. Great reprise on unicycling, loved the juicy clarinet. Sorry to see the week of videos end.

Dinotopia the Theme Park?????

Yes, there have been many plans (alas unrealized) for Dinotopia theme parks over the years, and this is one of many concept sketches I've done. For a couple years in the mid-90s I did a ton of work on retainer as a theme park designer. I.R. includes a couple pages about location-based entertainment, with art based on Dinotopia and other concepts.
I am really enjoying the movies!
Man, my younger self would have flipped over the idea of a dinotopia theme park...
Aw, who am I kidding, I'd still flip over an idea like that.
How was being a theme park designer compared to your other pursuits? I always liked environment design and all the inherent problems that come with it, but it doesn't seem to be something covered often...
LOL, after a class of 30 used that single song for their DVD burning menus, I don't think I can ever forget that song...
Oscar--is there a place where you can order more music tracks like the ones Apple gave out with iLife? They're great tunes, but I had a feeling they've been used a lot before.
Drew--Theme park design is a blast, because it draws on so many disciplines: architecture, writing, sculpture, and environmental design. The collaboration of talents is unlike any other field.
My god, you're the king of illustration but also the master of advertising ! With such big imagination, I must buy your book.

A Dinotopia theme park would be so awesome! Heck, just a Dinotopia museum with the same amount of design and imagination as the Ghibli Museum would be incredible! Is the possibility still out there or has it been shot down entirely?

Hi James! If you're looking for more music, search "stock music" in google - there are a number of sites offering royalty free tracks for any sort of production. The big ad companies and TV stations also use "library music" - megatrax, extreme music, and videohelper are the three biggest, but I think they only sell to large broadcasters (and are therefore QUITE expensive).
