Sometimes they seem like ancient, looming figures from another world, gazing down on cars and people, waiting for someone to realize they're sentient and watching. They have sensors that tell them when to turn off and on, but sometimes when I walk under one at night, it'll turn off or on. I don't know if that's a coincidence, or they're just messing with me :-D
Alana Dillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13087231337381347438noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2999230124118604245.post-72815131684993724802014-01-27T09:42:32.160-05:002014-01-27T09:42:32.160-05:00Totally. What's undeniable though is that they have a very real significance, with the way that lives work now, and the way that people go to their daily recourse. They can also really add to the architecture and the landscape, as a preview of the new tier of complexity cell phone tech has raised human beings to, in terms of correspondences and connections.

Jen @ Tower Point
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12993411280356230427noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2999230124118604245.post-56432037726019344942010-05-03T23:04:27.288-04:002010-05-03T23:04:27.288-04:00Really enjoy the blog, James.

That may not be as sci-fi as we might think.

I debated with an artist about putting an iPod as a prop in his painting. I didn't feel something so trendy worked well with fine art.
