I will save it in my art research folder.
Just nitpicking here, but when you shoot a time-lapse interval of 1 second for 1 hour you would get 3600 pictures, asuming the final frame rate is 30 you would end up with 2 minutes of film footage: 60x60=3600/30fps=120sec=2min...unless I made a mistake?

Anyway, great advice greatly appreciated.Tobias Gembalskihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14848827410962216788noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2999230124118604245.post-24160324376881815872018-01-24T20:15:23.755-05:002018-01-24T20:15:23.755-05:00Adverse conditions become a teaching opportunity. ...Adverse conditions become a teaching opportunity. :-)

Hooking the backpack under the tripod like that looks good for keeping it out of the dirt for normal use as well as anchored when the wind picks up. I'll be investigating adding a hook to my sketching rig pronto. There's a lot of advice/inspiration packed into them. Even a short video. That makes ones like the Street Painting in Indiana and your larger tutorials super re-watchable cause you get something different every time. A lot of the APV videos, for example, are more inspiration but there is good use for that too. Example, Joseph Zbukvic doesn't really go into the color choices he makes or particulars but it is really inspiring and educational to watch how he controls it and there is room for that too. On the other side David Bellamy and James Fletcher-Watson videos are packed with specific color choices and JFW even does studio asides where he paints a bunch of thumbnail versions of skies for education.
Your videos, which I think are more in tuned with modern attention span, straddle education/inspiration and fun evenly/perfectly. All of this consideration shows.
Can't wait for whenever the next one releases. Thanks for all your work.Jared Cullumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08118946650091026386noreply@blogger.com
