This means that yellow light and red light don’t make orange light, they make a cocktail of red-yellow light that our eyes read as orange (optical colormixing). There are no primary colors of light. Also orange light (photons that vibrate at a given wavelength) are not the same as this yellow-red light cocktail (a mixture of photon/waves vibrating at different wave lengths). <br />Feynman was a very good artist. I had the pleasure of seeing his work here in Pasadena at the ’Armory Center for the Arts' a few years back. It was a group exhibition of Richard Feynman, Jirar Zorthian, and Richard Davies. Richard Davis was a long time close friend of both Feynman and Zorthian. He is a retired Physicist, happily living and painting here in Altadena, CA. His paintings are currently on exhibition at ‘The Coffee Galery’ in Pasadena. -RQRobertohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01751501281929627657noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2999230124118604245.post-46985974232911988912011-05-04T05:18:19.254-04:002011-05-04T05:18:19.254-04:00If only physics teachers could be like that.If only physics teachers could be like that.Erik Bongershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02409523352634066030noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2999230124118604245.post-4948346437008803212011-05-04T02:32:46.350-04:002011-05-04T02:32:46.350-04:00Geez, Jim, this guy reminds me of dad when he was ...Geez, Jim, this guy reminds me of dad when he was happy.Dan Gurneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11628603380292404658noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2999230124118604245.post-10908333938676826842011-05-04T00:21:22.352-04:002011-05-04T00:21:22.352-04:00Richard Feynman is my hero.Richard Feynman is my hero.Colin Boyerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03493906327477069827noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2999230124118604245.post-13756749603625661042011-05-03T22:46:58.333-04:002011-05-03T22:46:58.333-04:00This post is uncannily similar to what I was doing...This post is uncannily similar to what I was doing and even helped me a little.
