Unusual Artist Name Poll (at left)

It wasn't easy, but I narrowed the list of interesting and unusual artist's names down to ten finalists. Thanks for all your great suggestions.

    haha, with a name like Odd Nerdrum, is there really even a point in having a contest?

    that name would win in a weirdest name on the planet contest, let alone the weirdest artist name, haha

    if you want to guarantee your kid is going to grow up to be a weird artist....name him Odd Nerdrum

    Fra Filippo Lippi sounds like a some sort of incantation or Latin motto for a secret fraternal order.

    Let's not forget about Pablo Diego José Francisco de Paula Juan Nepomuceno María de los Remedios Cipriano de la Santísima Trinidad Ruiz y Picasso...who is also known as Pablo Picasso. Not so much unusual as it is... generous, I suppose.

    Not an artist's name, but the name of a place where all these artists could perfectly live without sounding weird:
