Rebecca Guay has just announced that enrollment for the Illustration Master Class 2010 is now open! The class will run for a full week, June 12-18th, 2010. This will be the third year of the IMC, which will be taught by a team of fantasy artists working right alongside the students, and I'll be privileged to join in the fun this time.
To register for enrollment, please visit the Illustration Master Class
website.

oooohyeah!
ReplyDeleteSee you there! =)
I'll keep an eye out for you around Amherst. Maybe you will spot certain paper birds ;)
ReplyDeleteI was really hoping to make it the last two years, but didn't get to. I'm saving up for it now, I think it's a fantastic opportunity to learn from the best.
ReplyDeleteI was there for the "pioneering" of the first class (I'm a dot in that group shot somewhere), and if you can go it is TOTALLY worth it. I learned more in that week about painting, drawing, and conceptualizing than I did in my five years of art college (cliche but true). This is a must for any artist interested in the genre.
ReplyDeleteMan I wish I could be there, "elace" I´m in portugal.
ReplyDelete! This was the most amazing workshop period. I'm trying to figure out how to manage going again especially now that you're going to be there James. I was there for the first year as well and mindblowing is not a strong enough word for the experience. It was somewhat emotionally devastating to leave after the closeness and inspiration we all shared. hope to see you there:)
ReplyDeleteI'm in total agreement with Amber and Rayford (I'm the one with a lot of blond hair and a black shirt standing near the center of the photo). Best week ever. I'll have to pass this time around, which makes me so sad since James will be joining the team! Hopefully he'll love it so much that he'll do it again sometime in the future. :-)
ReplyDeleteI just paid to reserve my spot! What a line up of amazing artists! I can't wait!!!!!!!
ReplyDeletesee you there! and it'll be nice to see dorian again.
