First Human Powered Ornithopter


Engineers have succeeded in a short sustained flight by an ultra-lightweight human-powered ornithopter. Instead of using a propellor, the machine propels itself by powered undulations of the wing.

  5. Stunningly beautiful, makes one appreciate the flight of birds. This thing took a team of brilliant engineers to create, yet birds fly amazing aerobatic maneuvers by instinct. God will always be the supreme designer.
