    Mr. Pleissner is one of the top watercolor guys few people have heard of. He used to be a naval officer. Certainly one of my favorites. Get his out-ot-print book: https://www.amazon.com/Art-Ogden-Pleissner-Peter-Bergh/dp/0879235306 you don't have to pay $72 and the book can still be purchased on Amazon for about $30
