In the newest YouTube video, I paint the 1952 Wienermobile on location at the Henry Ford Museum using gouache on my homemade sketch easel. Plus: information about specularity, diffraction spikes, and concave highlights.
The good old Weinermobile. I grew up in Davenport, Ia where there was a large Oscar Meyer factory so we saw the mobile often. When I was 27 I moved to Madison, Wi the home of OM and the mobile. Those plants have closed now. The end of an era. Love your painting of it. Pat
