So that's why all the elves have been coming into Dinotopia. Cartographer: Danmeth.com

By the way, the current issue of ImagineFX magazine has a workshop that I wrote with 26 tips for making fantasy maps.

I wonder if there's a ferry running between Dinotopia and the Land of the Lost.

Very cool, but missing "The Hyborian Age" :-D

It probably says something about me that my second thought was 'but isn't Hyrule land-locked'?

First thought was running through all the countries that Narnia bordered to the south that aren't on there...

I believe everyone could find a fantasy place they wish was included, so I will just say good job Danmeth (btw I see Florin, so I assume Gilder is just south and therefore not on the map ;)

It's nice, but I'm missing "Randland" from Wheel of Time

So when the Elves say they are sailing into the west, what they really meant was that they were going to Dinotopia. Haha! Elves+Dino's would be a werid mix.

@Rebecca -Those were MY first and second thoughts too. :P We have a consensus, this map needs to be fixed.

Now we need a map (or an entire atlas) of population movements over the ages. Start with the elves, because they've done a lot moving around. Then maybe the Ent migrations from Middle Earth to Dunsinane. And all kinds of creatures have moved in and out of Nehwon; the area around Lankhmar is a nexus for gates to and from other worlds.
