
The Joseph I. Lubin House at Syracuse University is currently exhibiting "In Pursuit of the Exotic: Artists Abroad in 19th Century Egypt and the Holy Land." The show will be up until April 30, 2009, and the museum is open Monday - Saturday, 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.

What's that squiggle on the right side of the sky in that painting? It almost looks like an airplane contrail. Or maybe an early UFO sighting?
It is a beautiful image, but the reflection of the pyramid is driving me crazy.
maybe that squiggle is migrating birds? V pattern? wish I could get out to see these exhibitions.
