I used a replacement animation technique to make this mini video. There are ten sculpts of Clement's walk cycle, switched as the camera shoots on 5 second intervals. The camera is tracking on a dolly powered by a Lego-motor timed to match the walk speed.

Great! Also the glass distortion brings an interesting effect to the animation.
With the timer giving you just 5 seconds to change the poses, did you pull it off on the first try?
Tom, smart question. I pulled it off on the first try (about 450 exposures), but got my hand in about 3 of them, which I deleted.
How do you do this? I want to try this!
