This morning, our parakeet, Mr. Kooks, took a curious look at a box containing “Interest Chicken,” a wind-up toy from China.
When he came beak to beak with a bird his size that kept advancing—hopping and squeaking—his own interest rapidly turned to alarm.
Nowadays merchants call them "Wind Up Fuzzy Chicks," but you can still get them.

I'll have to try that with our parakeet, and the Mother Goose wind-up!
I love misinterpreted Asian product labels. My favorite was on a toy helicopter my cousin got for Christmas. It referred to 'when it's windy outside' as 'the breeze hour'.
I have a puzzle ball from a gumball machine that says "it is fun to decompose and reassemble."
And a battery-powered Mothra-type larva called "Variable Uncanny Embryo Horrible."
