I added a little hook flange to the back of my steering wheel attachment. It's a small improvement, but it keeps the sketch easel from slipping off the steering wheel.
The new hook is the little dark piece of wood that's held with a screw at the middle of the curving span.
I added it because our new car has a fatter steering wheel, and the whole thing would tend to slip off otherwise.
