You can improve your eyesight by exposing your eyes to three minutes per day of pure red light.
According to
Medical News Today, exposure to 3 minutes of deep red light once per week may improve vision, particularly color contrast vision, by an average of 17%. It is recommended to consider a brief weekly exposure to deep red light, with a specific hue of 670 nanometers, to potentially improve declining vision.

I wonder how you can tell if these glasses are the right level of red. Seems good!
The good news is that this study used an amount of red light that is consistent with regular sunlight. The takeaway would be that simply going outside for at least a couple minutes every morning is good for you. Colored lenses will not increase your exposure to red light, they just decrease your exposure to other wavelengths.
It's also worth being aware that Scientific Reports, the journal that published this study, is a marginal one. It is peer-reviewed, but with much lower stringency than many other journals.
Is 670 nanometers the wavelength of red light emitted by ruby sunstones?
Downside to that is all you see is green afterwords. 🙃
