Ankhey currently has my vote for correct. Franz Hals is a smart answer, 12 could be Turner, 22 is most certainly Chuck Close, except that I'm almost certain the last two are NOT Banksy and Hirst, since I think I've seen this floating around art history classrooms before Banksy became big.
